Recruitment process

Working at Grid to Great means working on a different approach to substation automation. Together we are working on modern grid operation and system management applications. We can not do this alone, so working together is essential to reach our common goals.

Getting to know you

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Grid to great.This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

First interview

In this (digital) meeting, your future colleague and manager takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.

Show us your skills

We want to see your practical insight by giving you an assignment related to what you would do in the position. It might be a presentation on the chosen field, evaluation of your language skills or coding assignment.

Final interview

You made it to the very last stage! Here we strive to cooperate with you, because we see a potential fit based on the first interview. You can expect a further deepdive about the experience & knowlegde you'll bring into Grid to great.
